2025 MEMBERSHIP DUES RENEWAL PROCESS

Please use the following link to pay online. Once you login using your preferred email address (which is on the contact record) you will click on “My Renewal Notices” to access your renewal.

If you love technology, you will be glad to know that you can quickly pay your dues by logging into the portal.  If you have not updated your information and logged into the system, you will need to do that BEFORE you can pay the invoice.  Information on how to do that can be found on our website at: 2025 NDA Dues Update

• If you prefer to send in a check, print off the invoice and send it with your check to the NDA office at 7160 South 29^th Street, Suite 1, Lincoln, NE. 68516.  You can also email the invoice with your payment information to jody@allophone.com or fax it to 402-476-2641. 
• If you have retired, or plan to retire before March 1, 2025, the ADA does require that you fill out a retired affidavit.  You can submit the afffidavit through your ADA portal.
• If you have moved out of Nebraska, we can assist you with transferring your membership to the appropriate dental association.  Please contact Jody at the NDA to start the process.
