2025 MEMBERSHIP DUES

The ADA recently launched their new database using Sales Force / Fonteva. We have been working on the transition for months, but unfortunately, we have hit a lot of snags along the way, resulting in a difficult and frustrating transition.  This has delayed and changed the dues renewal process. We are also bracing for some errors once the invoices go out, so please give us some grace throughout this process.  Our hope is to run our renewal invoices for 2025 on November 20. 2024.

For the first time in NDA history, the dues renewal process will look very different this year.  The renewal invoices will be EMAILED to you out of the ADA system on or about November 20, 2024. As a result, it is essential that you assist us with the process by taking these steps: 

  • ASAP - LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT PORTAL ON THE ADA WEBSITE AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT! Please make sure that you have a valid EMAIL address in the system that you regularly check!
  • LOOK FOR AN EMAIL ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 20,, 2024, WITH YOUR 2025 DUES RENEWAL NOTICE! For those that love technology, you can pay your dues directly from the email.  For those that prefer to send in a check, print off the invoice and send to the NDA office at 7160 South 29th Street, Suite 1, Lincoln, NE. 68516.  You can also email the invoice with your payment information to jody@allophone.com, or fax it to 402-476-2641. 
  • IF YOU HAVE RETIRED, OR PLAN TO RETIRE BEFORE MARCH 1, 2025. The ADA does require that you fill out a retired affidavit. Please contact Jody at jody@allophone.com for more information and to obtain the form.
